Our Independent residents enjoy free heat and hot water, an underground parking space, a full-size washer and dryer in each unit, a private patio or balcony and intercom-controlled entry, ensuring the privacy and quality of condo living with an extra level of safety and security. With one meal a day (additional meals available for purchase), on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency service, our residents can leave the work to us and enjoy all the amenities Heritage West Allis has to offer.
