Since 2000, Heritage Senior Living has been creating high-quality senior homes in communities across Wisconsin. The company’s founder and CEO, Milo Pinkerton, is an architect by trade and founded MSP Real Estate – the parent company of Heritage Senior Living – in 1988. MSP has since been focused on developing, constructing and managing high-quality properties in strategic markets.

After ten successful developments, Milo began to see the growing need for high-quality senior housing. Motivated in part by his parents’ need for additional care, he created Heritage Senior Living and channeled his passion for developing into creating homelike senior housing with a variety of care levels – including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care. Now Heritage has 16 locations statewide which are home to over 2,000 residents, with a dedicated care team of over 650 employees. The Heritage Philosophy of Care includes five key principles: independence, individuality, privacy, choice and dignity. These principles guide all the programs and services we offer.
