Dr. Stanley Spatz grew up in New York. His professional training includes a medical degree from New York University, followed by a dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and Brown University in Providence, RI. His post-graduate training was interrupted by two years in the public health service in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Spatz started a solo practice in 1975 in Hallandale and Pembroke Pines and joined Hollywood Dermatology in 2012.

In his free time, Dr. Spatz enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three children and seven grandchildren.
