As a doula it is my intention to assist as many woman and families as possible to have a positive birth experience. I am excited and honored to share in this special time with you. I completed my doula training with the Shafia Monroe Consulting Full Circle Doula Birth Companion Training in September 2018. During SMC Full Circle Doula training I learned universal birth traditions to help me deeply care for and help you while pregnant, laboring, giving birth and postpardom. I was born and raised in Seattle, and now my partner and I are raising our four children here too. After giving birth to my first child in 2007, I became more and more interested in pregnancy and childbirth.
