We represent community associations of all sizes, ranging from smaller condominiums with 15 units to large homeowners associations (HOAs) with more than 2,000 residences to master association country club communities with more than 3,000 residences. Our goal is to provide the same level of service to all clients, both large and small. BLF offers a menu of services that allows clients to choose the legal services they need for their particular community. There are no annual retainer fees and no monthly minimal fees; clients only pay for the services they request.
