Our practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law with special emphasis on patent and trademark practice. In the patent area, this includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, overseeing the filing and prosecution of foreign patent applications and preparing patentability, validity and infringement opinions, including conducting searches and due diligence studies. We also are available to peer review applications and other patent prosecution documents and provide other expert services. The firm also prepares trademark clearance opinions and prepares and prosecutes US trademark applications and applications under the Madrid protocol and oversees the filing of foreign trademark applications. We also prepare and review agreements (e.g. licensing and sponsored research).
