My care philosophy stems from an integrated model, in which I consider all parts of the individual (body, mind, spirit, etc.) to inform my therapeutic approach. I believe in the importance of diversity and multicultural factors when assessing and understanding the needs of patients. My goal as a provider is to collaborate with patients, and to develop a treatment plan that is centered on evidence-based practices, while providing patients with tools to improve their overall quality of life and thrive according to their values.
