Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?

I enjoy taking care of both acute and chronic diseases and the wide variety of both procedures and patient interaction.

I don’t have a specific GI specialty, as I enjoy practicing general GI.

Undergrad: University of Texas at Austin, Medical School: LSU Medical School, GI and Internal Medicine Fellowship: University of Texas Southwestern.

What certifications do you hold?

Board Certified in Gastroenterology.

What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?

Traveling, taking pictures and attending sporting events.
