I love the combination of procedural and cognitive work. Also, I had inspiring role models in the field.

Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?

I enjoy a variety of community based GI care: inflammatory bowel disease, biliary problems, hepatology, and colon cancer screening.

Where did you study?

University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and University of California.

What certifications do you hold?

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?

Travel, food and wine and golf.

I was Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha in college.
