Lynn M. Kink, MD

Lynn Kink, MD, is with Springfield Clinic’s Pediatrics Department, seeing patients at Springfield Clinic Taylorville. Dr. Kink joined Springfield Clinic in 2016. Dr. Kink earned her medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield and completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Prior to joining Springfield Clinic, Dr. Kink served as a physician for six years in the Springfield area. “As a parent myself, it’s easy to empathize with the families and help them,” says Dr. Kink. “If parents come in and say they’re stressed because they haven’t been sleeping, I can assure them, ‘Yes, I definitely understand what that feels like.’” Dr. Kink sees patients of all ages, providing general pediatric care from annual wellness exams to sick visits and other acute care needs. “These kids are like my family,” says Dr. Kink. “It’s very easy to build that relationship with my patients. We make it fun.
