Olufunke Odetunde, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Olufunke Odetunde completed her medical degree in 1985 from the College of Medicine University of Lagos in Nigeria, and went on to complete a rotational internship and Family Medicine residency training at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Odessa, Texas, in 1996. Dr. Odetunde is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine.Dr. Odetunde was an Assistant Clinical Professor at CHRISTUS Family Practice Residency program at CHRISTUS St. Joseph Hospital from 2000 to 2006 where she was involved in the training of the next generation of Family Physicians. She has extensive clinical and management skills and experience having worked in multiple clinical settings including single specialty group practice, urgent care, occupational health center, academic health center and on-site employee health centers. She owned and ran her own practice from 1997 to 1999 and 2007 to 2010.
