Born and raised in Poland, Dr. Poznanska has a wide range of professional experience. Her native language is Polish, however she also speaks English, Russian andξSpanish. She treats patients ages 18 and older,ξand believes that a great healthcare experience begins with a strong relationship between the patient and doctor. Dr. Poznanska is board certified in family medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Poznanska is also certified to perform physicals for the Department of Transportation.She graduated from the Silesian Medical School in Poland, finished her family medicine residency at St. Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, followed by a fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Her areas of expertise are prevention and wellness, as well as health screening and diagnosis for management of acute and chronic illnesses.
