Alan M. Dietzek, MD

Dr. Dietzek is a board-certified vascular surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. Heξhas a vast knowledge of vascular disorders, both arterial and venous, with a special interest in carotid, peripheral arterial and aneurysmal diseases of the thoracic and abdominal aorta. He is proud of the fact that the majority of his patients are managed non-operatively, reserving surgery for only those circumstances where there is no better alternative. Dr. Dietzek is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Distinguished Fellow of the Society of Vascular Surgery and has held many leadership positions in vascular organizations. He has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is the current Network Chief of Vascular Surgery for the Eastern Region of Nuvance Health.
