Bill Polese

Bill is a senior member of Merrill DataSite sales, a leading global virtual diligence software application and service offering (SaaS) where clients and their guests securely control diligence and collaboration efforts. Since 2005, Bill has become a resource to clients engaged in M&A transactions and scores of other use cases befitting Merrill DataSite's capabilities.  His experience extends to virtualized computing, SaaS consultative selling, business and channel partner development, financial analysis, marketing and operations.  In addition to selling and advising on DataSite projects, Bill coordinates product development activities locally, ensuring that Merrill software developers and engineers meet the needs of our community.  Before joining Merrill, Bill worked in the venture capital group at IBM.  He is a current member of the Mount Kisco Planning Board. Bill earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and BA degree from Catholic University.
