Thuyminh Nguyen, DO

After completing coursework at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Dr. Nguyen participated in a three-year family medicine residency at the Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital. She joined the Kelsey team in July of 2015 and cares for patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Summer Creek location. Dr. Nguyen is a memb​er of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Society. When not caring for patients, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling and crafting. ​The most exotic place she has visited is Vietnam, and her favorite meal is steak. When she was younger, she loved reading novels by authors Robert Jordan and George R.R. Martin. Her guilty pleasure is potato chips. If she could choose a super power, she would pick teleportation.​​
