Michael Newmark, MD, FAAN

After graduating from Columbia University’s medical school in 1972, Dr. Newmark completed an Internal Medicine residency through the college at Harlem Hospital in 1973. In 1976, Dr. Newmark completed a fellowship at Columbia’s Neurology Institute. ​He completed his medical education with a fellowship at the National Institute of Health, where he specialized in epilepsy. Dr. Newmark is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurologists and a member of the Epilepsy Foundation of America. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Newmark enjoys bicycling and reading mysteries. ​
