Mirhir Shah, MD

After earning a medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2012, Dr. Shah completed a residency in Internal Medicine from the University of Houston Health Science Center at Houston Medical School in 2015. Dr. ​Shah then worked as a hospitalist at CHI St. Luke’s Health – Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center from 2015 until joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2016. Dr. Shah is a member of the Harris County Medical Society andthe Texas Medical Association. Dr. Shah enjoys reading, traveling, running, BodyPump, television sitcoms, watching Houston sports teams and Tex-Mex food. Dr. Shah’s favorite book is “The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald. As a child, he wished to be a pilot so he could travel the world. His favorite medical show is “Scrubs.” If he could have a super power, he would choose time travel.​​​​
