Ghazala Abuazza, MD, FAAP

After completing her residency in 2008, Dr. Abuazza began working as an Assistant Professor and Pediatric Nephrology Consultant in the Hypertension and Renal Transplantation Division at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She had training in pediatric nephrology through a fellowship. She worked in Pediatrics in both Louisiana and Saudi Arabia before moving to Houston and working as a pediatrician in 2013. Dr. Abuazza joined Kelsey-Seybold in June 2015. Dr. Abuazza is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society. When she isn’t taking care of her patients, Dr. Abuazza enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and trying new recipes.
