Richard Le, D.O, is a board-certified family physician who is able to care for your whole family,  which includes pediatric patients to seniors. Dr. Le practices at Fountains Family Care, with two locations in Chandler, Arizona. He and his skilled medical team offer you a range of effective services, including treatment for diabetes, hypertension, weight issues, thyroid disorders, hepatitis, vaccines including Yellow Fever vaccine for international traveler’s. They also offered ultrasounds, allergy testing with immunotherapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
Striving for an education and career in medicine, Dr. Le attended the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, before completing his residency at the Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Le is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He’s also affiliated with the Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.
In addition to his extensive medical experience, Dr. Le speaks two languages — English, and Vietnamese.  His office staff also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, and Spanish— allowing him to better connect and communicate with his diverse group of patients.
