As a Nurse Practitioner for Kennedy Health Alliance’s House Call Program, my focus is to provide quality medical care to patients that have great difficulty getting to a primary care provider’s office. I consider it a privilege to be invited into a patient’s home, allowing a fuller understanding of each patient’s specific situation, leading to better patient care. Utilizing a team approach, I work with the patient, their family and caregivers, and other healthcare providers to maximize each patient’s health potential and overall wellbeing.
