"Dr.Frank is an expert of complementary and alternative medicine who has been practicing holistic Medicine for over 31 years. He graduated from GuangXi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and obtained his MD in TCM in 1984.

He was the director of Acupuncture Dept. in China and Senior Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists, Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association and professor of New York College of Health Professions.

He also has been trained in Rehabilitation Medicine (physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy) in Japan and obtained his PhD in Neurology from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He is the director of Acupuncture Dept. in China and Senior Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School.

He has over 32 years of experience in holistic Medicine.

His special knowledge and techniques include Acupuncture (Scalp Acupuncture, auriculotherapy, Eye Acupuncture, Tongue Acupuncture, Facial Acupuncture, and Hand Acupuncture); Moxibustion; Herbal Medicine; Cupping; Gua sha; Taiji-quan; Qigong (Reiqi); Asian BodyWork therapy (traditional Massage); Foot reflexology and rehabilitation medicine.


He had taught Fundamental theory of TCM Science, Herbal Medicine, Science of TCM Formula, Diagnosis of TCM, Internal Medicine of TCM, Surgery of TCM, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Tui-na, functional medicine, integrative medicine and Anatomy for over 9 years."
