Joe Trainer Studio

We are a small and exclusive group of fitness artists and exercise specialists. Our wellness group consists of four trainers, two yoga instructors, an acupuncturist a massage therapist. We offer the highest level of training, as well as Dance class, yoga classes, cardiovascular classes, boot camps, and we host our own cycling team.
 
Our mission is to create an all-inclusive, individualized gym experience for our members. Through tailored, comprehensive fitness programs and personalized attention to each member’s wellness journey, we seek to create positive changes in their lives and the community as a whole.
