As a seasoned real estate agent and broker with an additional 25 years experience as a building contractor, engineer and home inspector, I often ask clients why they chose to work with me. Owning a home in Southwest Florida is completely different than owning a home in any of the northern states. There are a myriad of things that can even surprise people who have bought and sold many properties in the past.
