Deviate Labs’ founders, Raymond Fong and Chad Riddersen, have been featured “growth hackers” on media outlets like ABC News, CBS, VentureBeat, Univision, ReadWrite, and Tech Cocktail. They have consulted with high profile clients such as Dollar Shave Club, Shoedazzle, Hello Giggles, and several companies from the reality TV show, Shark Tank.

Raymond and Chad bring a unique perspective to business growth. Raymond has an engineering background, having an undergraduate degree from Harvey Mudd College, a Master in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and rocket engineering experience from JPL. Chad has a business finance background, having an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, consulting experience at Deloitte, and M&A experience from two boutique investment banks (having sold and raised millions of dollars for startups). Between them, Raymond and Chad have an incredibly strong technical and business backgrounds enabling them to consistently achieve outsized returns for their clients.
