The purpose of the UFC programs is to help families increase their physical fitness while promoting healthier lifestyles. Plus, kids will definitely learn how to enjoy having great health by learning how to focus on a healthy diet, increase strength and speed while improving their coordination and flexibility. Youth boxing for boys and girls are taught as early as 6 years old.

We have programs from youth to the very competitive fighter, our youth programs teach discipline and respect. Women’s self defense is taught through such arts as Muay Thai boxing, kickboxing or MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Learn the art of grappling, Jujitsu or boxing. Our Personal Trainers are all Nationally Certified but more importantly they are all UFC Certified. To be the best you need to be trained by the best. At our San Carlos San Dieg club we offer
