UFC Gym is not a fighter’s gym. This gym is for everybody. This gym is for you, your family. It doesn’t matter what age or what you’re into. If your into weights and getting on cardio equipment, that is available to you. But there are so many more things. It’s a full blown fitness center. With core training, plyometrics, you will be able to take Jiu Jitsu classes, Muay Thai classes, Boxing and MMA classes, TRX and our ever famous DUT (Daily Ultimate Training) classes.
