Abysmal service, does not represent Columbus well!!

For the arrival of my newborn son (freshly out from intensive care unit in another city) and my wife, I rented a limouisine from Arch for airport pickup. They were prepaid over $300 but forgot to arrive. They sent a car over an hour...

the service is great on time and drivers are courteous and professional .
we recommend this company that we used since 1997 in every event we have including large groups we get at the airport .
