Terrible Customer Service
I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism. I got my hair permanently dyed at at Cost Cutters and the dye went through the cape and got all over my t-shirt but since it was just a tshirt I did not make a big deal of it.Worldwide > United States > Naperville, IL > Beauty & Spas
