The Pines apartments are awful to stay in.The landlord has no heart for how peoples apartments are in the inside.I had lived there for about a year and had a newborn baby at the time and our hot water heater was leaking for 4 months and he refused to fixed it.SO with that said there was mold growing in the carpet and in the kitchen from where the water leak up under the walls it was awful.My daughter was sick and my husband we called the landlord numeroues times but he just didnt have time to fix it and it just became a hazard for our family so we moved.I would not recomend anyone to stay there.I figured at least the landlord would have respected the fact that we had a baby and there was mold inside that it would have got fixed but it just goes to show you that people just dont care no more>
