This is my second time using Superior Appliance Repair for my washer/dryer. I was pleased that they were able to send out a technician right away. When the technician got to my house and we talked about what's wrong with the dryer, he suggested I get a different service first to have the dryer vents cleaned. They can't correctly diagnose the problem until this is done, as the cleaning might solve the whole thing. It's nice to deal with a company that's trying to solve the problem rather than just trying to take your money as quickly possible.

Very knowledgable on the appliances. After a short description of the problem we had with our refrigerator, Alex knew exactly what it was was able to get it fixed on the spot (replaced central board). He works very fast and is efficient. We had another appliance (dishwasher) that broke around 4 years ago and he fixed that one, too. By far, they have best service!

Here is another shout-out to Superior Appliance Repair! Yes, we have old appliances but oldies are goodies. Our washer stopped spinning and draining...not good when you do 8+ loads of laundry a week. I immediately called Superior Appliance specifically requesting Alex. He came promptly (called ahead) and diagnosed the problem right away. The part was available so he returned same day in the afternoon and installed a new motor and pump. Our washer works like new! Superior Appliance Repair has repaired almost all of our appliances (did I mention a dishwasher, too)? He has brought new life into them and we have saved so much money over the years. If we ever need appliance repair, we will definitely call them again.
