BEWARE! If you deal with this agency keep meticulous records and read everything carefully. I was told the Handbooks were coming from the printer and they would mail me one, but if I did not sign the form stating I had received it then they could not submit me for the WONDERFUL job I had applied for. Never even got an interview for the job, only a small 3 day phone job and another 2 day one a month later. They they said I did not check back in per "the handbook" on BOTH jobs! Worked the 2nd job before the first problem was addressed by the TWC. Long story short, after weeks of phone hearings this agency cost me over $3000.00 in unemployment benefits and never got me a job interview. The recruiter only said "gee I hate it when my boss does that" I found out from a claims agent at the Texas Workforce Commission that it is not unusual for unscrupulous recruiters to claim you did not check in as instructed so they do not have to pay into unemployment on your behalf. This was an expensive lesson, I hope by writing this review I can help someone else avoid the mess I ended up in.
