This service deserves a zero star rating. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. These people will get you more money by making false claims but it will come back to haunt you eventually. It's better to stay on the safe side...

Makes mistakes, takes your money and No support
Gary made a mistake on my return which cost me $5500.00 when the IRS found it. I tried to contact NAK by phone and e-mail but no response. They are only there to take your money and not when you need answers or help. 0 rating from me.

Updates at the end of tax season
We have go to them for the last 3 years. Each year we assume it wont happen again, but it does. They close and don't call you.
