Rude and Poor Workmanship DO NOT USE

Needed Chimney repointed. Worker came late but did arrive. Showed chimney to be repointed. Approx. 15 minutes He's packing up truck and demands to be paid. I asked how you can repoint a chimney in 15 minutes. Shows me all the caulking...
