MSO is the finest Nursing Agencies in the Country. Their dedication to their Nurses is beyond reproach throughout their entire staff. My nursing recruiter, Lauren Lazar, is so amazing and compasionate that she makes me feel like family. I have been a nurse for many years and decided to do some traveling in 2010, needless to say it was the most horrible experience I have ever had, through a different agency of course, and told myself that I would never travel again. Lauren cultivated our professional relationship over 6 months and she finally earned my trust and I decided to give it one more try because of her honesty and integrity. Needless to say she has been there for me, along with other MSO staff, through thick and thin. She tolerates my "needy" times and always helps me put things into perspective when things do not go the way I planned. Bob Brayer is a very professional, inspired, compasionate, and loyal director of MSO. He is not afraid to stand behind his nurses when there is a problem. He works very hard at making the MSO environment outstanding and welcoming unlike any other agency that has tried to recruit me. I will continue to develop my traveling experience with MSO as long as they will have me. I am proud to call them family and would recommend anyone to give them a call and experience the MSO life.
