patient

i was a patient of dr oranato for 10 years. when i left i of tried by letters and
by telephone to obtain my medical records. it is now over six months. he refuses to turn them over to me or my new doctor even though his refusal and arrogance is against the law. while i was with him it was ok, but only ok.
you should never become his patient if you ever anticipate changing doctors. i do not know if or when he will comply with my requests. i'll probably need to retain an attorney.
