plaque attack treated me badly
visited plaque attack on fri.june19.2009. waited for two hours just for noel dorotheo,dmd to tell me to just go after he knocked on a few teeth in my mouth to find out which tooth was causing me pain after his dental assistant couldnt get a good enough x-ray to determine which tooth was giving me pain. after several attempts of x-ray and dr.dorotheo knocked on a few teeth making my pain worse. i told them if they couldnt get the right tooth then to let mr know an ill go somewhere else.dr noel dorotheo told me to leave his office without any assistance,pain medicationor resolving the problem i am still having with my teeth. before leaving plaque attack the dental assistant took a tool off of the table in the room and took over to another client which is unsanitary. i have never had a dentist to tell me to leave the office in pain,with any help what so ever. i thought thats whats dentist are for, to help people when the come to them with any concerns with there mouth. how dr.dorotheo treating me today left me in pain, violated,imbarrased and untrustworthy to trust any other dentist again. how he treated me was unprofessional and i hope this dosent happened to anyone else. i will never go to plaque attack again, niether will i refer anyone to them after thi horrible experience. shame on plaque attack, noel dordtheo,dmd

Thank God for Plaque Attack!
I had been ignoring a mild tooth-ache for about a week or so, when I woke up one morning to find my entire left side of my face was swollen, needless to say it was painfull. I called around (I dont have insurance) and plaque attack was the only office that offered to shuffle some things aroung to see me asap. I went in got a prescription for antibiotics and pain reliever, and had my painful problem solved without even having to miss work!
