Frozen Flounder
Purchased frozen Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets and they disgusting tasting. It had the consistency of mush after being baked and tasted nasty. I tried giving some to my cat and it refused to eat it

slimey thawed flounder fillets
I am sorry to say when I thawed the flounder fillets out two were so slimey I wouldn't use them.They also had no body , they were like jello, when I cooked the rest of them instead of being flakey they were mealy, I finally threw them all out, I tried to e-mail them about this, (if you don't know you have a problem you can't fix it) but this was the only e-mail address I came across.Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Restaurants
