The best!!
This is the best Chinese food in town. The orange beef melts on your tongue, the hot and sour soup is amazing, and the General Tso's chicken convinced my boyfriend to stop being a vegetarian. Sure you could go to some cute place on Hawthorne that doesn't look sketchy, but you would be WRONG.

Very Bad Service
I wouldn't recommend going here if it's the last Chinese restaurant in town. I am being completely honest when I say that the service is incredibly bad. The owner of this restaurant takes the order with a bad attitude and not to mention with a face like she is disgusted. I have better service at McDonald's than this place and that's not exaggeration. At least I'm greeted and appreciated for my services at McDonald's. The food is great, I will go as far as to admit that. But seriously speaking, how can you swallow your food and enjoy your time there when the owner seems to despise your very existence there and she acts like we're suppose to be thanking her not the other way around. Only go here if your rich and popular because she will treat you like royalty otherwise she will treat you like rubbish.

Seedy and Shady
Can you say seedy times 3? Most people think this place is the Chinese restaurant around the front, but they don't realize this is the bar that is only accessible from the back and is right next to a very cheapo motel. I'm not sure what kind of activities goes on during the late night hours, but I don't like the setup during the evening hours. Its too smokey and dirty for my taste.

Stuck up owner and horrible customer service.
Food is good but the service is horrible! My family and extended family go there about two or three times a week so our faces are familiar to the restaurant. The last two times I went there we ordered our usuals. One of our favorites is their chicken and tofu. The tofu was extra SOUR and didn't taste right, like all the other times. We told the waiter and they brought out a new plate (same but with Japanese tofu). After we were done dining, we over heard the owner saying that no way the tofu was sour. Well, if it wasn't sour, we would've ate it. Why don't she taste it for herself! We usually leave a good tip but this time we left less. We went back last weekend and ordered the tofu again, requested the Japanese tofu. They brought out the platter and it didn't look like what we ordered. The tofu was deep fried, and wasn't with chicken but mushrooms! I looked at it questionable and we got the waiter again and said it's not what we ordered. Now the owner stepped in said "Well, it's what you ordered right? The not sour tofu." with an attitude commenting that we are causing trouble. The owner just kept persuading us to eat it. We were quite upset that they just didn't take it back and bring out the right thing. Ofcourse they didn't discount the platter like a restaurant with excellent service would so when I went to pay, I drew a big line accross the tip amount, giving them 0.00! My husband said we are not going there again and are discouraging everyone else in the family too. My husband's side of the family has a reservation there for a party and we are telling them to call it off. Bring our services elsewhere!
