Cleanliness Issues
four square needs to have the same camera system that one restaurant has (streams the kitchen activities to the bar for the guests). maybe then every chef in kitchen, including the chef de cuisine, will wash their hands every so often....

chef is a jerk
Chef Ingram is a complete jerk to work for... food is okay but it is over priced.
