Do not take your car for service here!
I made an appointment for some issues under warranty on a Thursday...they didn't touch my car until the following Tuesday!!! No apologies, never offered a loaner, promises to call me back at certain times and never did...TERRIBLE SERVICE. Even the GM has flaked out on calling me. Still waiting to here back from them and we're going on day 8.

This has been the absolute worst service my parents and grand parents have ever had. We had our Isuzu Rodeo taken with mysterious mechnical problem on 11/04/06 it is now 12/12/06 and we still dont have it back. We have been nothing but lied to and cheated. We have gone through the chain trying to get something done to the vehical but no one seems to care about the little people. We've gone from service manager to Corprate. They have also called us on three diffrent occassions claiming the car was ready when it wasen't. When we made the 45 minute car ride over to pick it up we discovered that there would be another problem with the car or it really wasent ready. Also the mechanics graduated last in their class or so it would seem since my mom had to put the grill on properly and I as a 17 yr old know more about cas.
