I got a phone call and what going to just hang up but I've had AC problems last year so I thought a tune up for 39.95 would be a good deal. They came out Friday, and did nothing except unscrew some screws, look at the unit, (sorta) told me I have mold issue, asked if I wanted the 2 year agreement, I said no. he put it back together and left. I got nothing for the 40.00. I called and called and got no where. I'd put a stop payment on the check but it cost as much as the check. I hope they stick that money up their ass. I feel lied to and used. the man that was here, had a bad bad head cold. He didn't even bring tissue with him. the one man I talked to on the phone acted real concerned. He promised me a manager would be out and show me how a tune up call is done. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED BACK. I am calling BBB tomorrow, and writing to the local newspaper, and sending email to the tv channels. Hope my 40 gets you a tank of gas to get out of town. I have to put one star because it won't publish with out at least one. they don't deserve that one.
