Formerly trained in the military, I have incorporated the philosophy that anyone can complete the mission given the proper instruction. I began in my mother's garage and with little instruction I was able to increase my knowledge of how appliances work and the necessary steps to repair them. I've travelled to several states to hire technicians and knowledge is shared and passed along the way that makes our jobs easier and more efficient. Upon receiving late night calls from customers and technicians alike I've repeatedly said that I can instruct anyone to perform these actions as long as they listen. There is a secret to this, it has to be kept simple as possible to allow everyone to grasp the information, that is my mission.
