Select Physical Therapy

At Select Physical Therapy, our staff consists of a Physical Therapist, a Physical Therapist assistant and a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist. Our office provides a true work hardening program in Eastern North Carolina. We pride ourselves on returning injured patients to work within 24-48 hours. We provided two different functional capacity evaluations in our office, ergoscience and select physical therapy. We strive to provide case managers, insurance adjustors and physicians a copy of the fce within 24 hours after scheduled appointments. Not a Medicaid provider. Services: functional capacity evaluations, injury prevention training, job demands analysis, office workstation evaluation, preplacement/post offer screens, work conditioning, and work hardening. We do not accept Medicaid.
