Shoreline Village Mall is undergoing exciting renovation!! Located at the intersection of Hwy. 98 and Gulf Shore Drive, Shoreline Village is soon to become the “town center” of the Holiday Isle area! This incredibly convenient and magnificently beautiful center is going to have a variety of uses, from restaurants and shopping to events. Among the changes taking place are the expansion of West Marine and Destin Athletic Club moving to a larger space. The signature lighthouse is still standing and plans are to offer restaurant service out of the tower for Bric a Brac. The restaurant’s operators will be two members of the Petit family, which is known locally for The Red Bar and Louis-Louis in Santa Rosa Beach. A new open space will serve as a festive center of the mall, which will feature benches and tables, as well as a stage for live music, a farmer’s market and other special events. This center will have something for everyone to enjoy!
