Capital Auto Tag and Title is a New York State certified private service bureau, equipped to facilitate all your motor vehicle and fleet needs in New York State. Our knowledge and experience covers all aspects of documentation including vehicle registration, title, lien, abstract searches, accident reports, and other information searches, and the more complex International Registration Plan better known as IRP. We also provide Service of Process for legal matters, and our site includes a variety of downloadable New York State Motor Vehicle forms.
