Entira Family Clinics, formerly Family Health Services Minnesota P.A,, offers neighborhood-based, physician-owned family medicine. We currently have 12 convenient clinic locations - including our convenient Shoreview, MN facility. No matter your needs, we are always welcoming new patients. We also answer our phones day and night, so if you're unsure of what do to or where to go, give us a call. We're easily accessible from home, work and school.

Most insurance plans are accepted. We also accept private pay patients and offer a 10 percent discount when paying by cash.
