Virtuous Wellness Center's mission is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and recreational fitness by offering physical therapy, massage therapy, small fitness classes and nutrition consultation. Amy has over 10 years of mastered hands-on techniques in therapeutic massage and in Physical Therapy. Specializing in Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Chinese Medical Massage. Physical Therapy appointments are private, one on one and focus on Pilates for Rehabilitation of the back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee. Our professional staff is here to individualize a treatment plan specific to your needs. Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am- 7:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Evenings and Saturdays- by appointment only
