Dr Andrew Kong, D.C.

As director of Northern Illinois Medical Group, Dr. Andrew Kong had a vision of creating a multifaceted holistic health center where his patients could get the chiropractic and acupuncture treatment they desired yet still be able to see a family physician and other specialists if needed. At the beginning of 2008 he added to his staff a family physician, neurologist and an additional chiropractic physician/acupuncturist.

Dr. Kong, a native of Hawaii, began his chiropractic career in Glendale and Los Angeles, California with an Associates of Arts Degree. He then completed his pre-chiropractic qualifications at Westcoast University in Los Angeles and then later completed his Bachelor of Science -Human Biology at National College of Chiropractic.

Since graduating Dr. Kong has completed many post-graduate educational programs including Acupuncture, Internal disorders, Female disorders, Orthopedics & Physical Rehabilitation. Dr. Kong is also thoroughly trained in nutrition, acute and delayed sensitivities, and how the body reacts and regenerates itself according to what it is subjected to.
