S.T.A.R Physical Therapy

We are conveniently located on Mt. Juliet Road across the street from Mt. Juliet Middle School, next door to West Wilson Family Practice. We want our patients to feel like they are part of the S.T.A.R family when they come to us for Physical Therapy. We provide hands-on, one-to-one care for all of our patients. This ensures our clinicians spend the time necessary to get our patients better quickly. Our patients range from ages 6 months to the elderly.

We provide orthopedic Physical Therapy as well as Industrial Rehabilitation for the injured worker. We also feature a Balance Program to help patients that suffer from dizziness, lack of balance, and risk of falling.
