Star Career Academy

Star Career Acadmy's Campus in Syosset, NY in Long Island offers hands-on training for Culinary, Baking, and Medical programs. Our facility has four commercially designed operating kitchens are equipped with standard equipment to train our students in a professional kitchen environment. Two attractive dining areas serve as student lounge space, as well as a simulated restaurant environment, allowing students to serve other students and guests as part of the training program.
Syosset also offers training as a Dialysis Technician, a growing field in the allied health arena. Our clinical labs serve as a simulated Dialysis Center where students will receive the hands on training necessary to be able to work in the Dialysis field.
A library/resource room for the Culinary and Allied Health programs maintains Internet-accessible computers, a collection of culinary books, texts and periodicals, and a copier for student use. A career services collection is maintained in the office of the Career Services Coordinator for student use during the job search process.
